Roberto shares some great stories about working with the late John Singleton and the advice he gave him in a callback, producing and directing his own films and the risk he took moving from Miami to Hollywood to start a brand new career.

They both lived in Arizona and worked together as camera operators for the ABC show, "Right This Minute," or RTM as they call it. Ian moved to Hollywood many years ago to pursue a career as an editor. Since moving here, he has worked on movies like The Lion King, Jungle Book, Harrison Ford's Ender's Game and The Judge with Robert Downey Jr. We talk to Ian about his world behind the camera and what it takes to piece together a giant Disney film, working with Jon Favreau, how he's been able to find success in the industry and why he refuses to edit any of Johnny's movies.
